1. All payments shall be paid by Demand Drafts / Pay Order / Cheques payable at Par drawn in favour of "M/s AMOLIK HOUSING Private Limited" payable at Faridabad.
2. Payment paid by Demand Draft / Pay Orders / Cheques is subject to realization.
3. Registration Charges, Stamp Duty Charges, Legal Charges and any other applicable charges shall be borne and paid by the Allottee/Applicant at the time of Sale Deed Registration.
4. If in future EDC & IDC or other charges is imposed by the Govt. The agency which is not applicable at the time of submission of Application for an allotment but becomes subsequently applicable, such charges of EDC & IDC or upward revision of EDC & IDC or any other charges shall be payable to the Company as per Government policy.
5. Any Government taxes and levies applicable such as VAT, Services Tax, Cess etc. will be charged extra time to time.
